Terms & Conditions
General information:
- in all the hotel smoking is strictly forbidden;
- prices are per room per day, VAT included.
- prices do not include the local tax (€2,50 per person, per day, from 14 years old);
- there are no refunds for early departures or not eaten meals;
- pets are allowed on request with an extra-fee of €13/night.
- Pets cannot enter restaurant, breakfast area and wellness center;
- bathrobe costs €5 per stay;
- children under the age of 14 cannot enter the wellness-center even if they are with the parents;
Check-in:
rooms are available from 2pm.
Check-out:
you have to leave the room within 10am.
Children and extra beds:
- All children under 1,99 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding in room with two paying adults.
- Children from 2 years up to 11,99 years have a discount of 30% in room with two paying adults.
- Children up to 12 years have a discount of 20% in room with two paying adults.
- Babycot €10,00 a day upon request and by confirmation from the hotel.
Payment methods:
Cash, Master-card, Visa, American Express.
Cheques not accepted.
Full payment of the reservation is required at the check-in.
Booking conditions:
credit card are required.
If you book online you will find the conditions on the booking confirmation mail.
Cancellation policy:
The reservation can be modified or cancelled without a penalty up to 10 days before the arrival.
If not differently specified, for cancellation from 10 days before arrival you have to pay all the amount of the stay.
